When it's time to Buy or Sell or Lease. . .
What you want in a Real Estate Agent is infallibility, right? Mind like a machine. Technically uncompromising. Clean. Tidy. On time. Stays within your budget. Upfront. Sincere, caring. No hassles. No nonsense. Right? But you probably want a Real Estate Agent with a sense of humor as well - someone just a little softer, a little friendlier - who can put some fun into what could be hectic and sometimes tiring days. But you don't want a docile pushover either, do you? You want a person who stands straight up to the situation - right? What you need then - is a Real Estate Agent who isn't completely ridged all the time. Flexible but strong. The trouble is - as you know - that one seldon comes across both Agents at the same time.

A self-promotion piece is no place for modesty. I'm both. Precise - but not too ridged. Dependable, but inventive, experimental, but sensible; more or less enough of both to at least wake up the search and buy procedures, without giving you any reason to lose sleep.
Here's how I work:
NO WHINING! I'm willing to go to a lot of trouble to make sure your transaction goes just right. After all, it's my purchase or sale too. But, you won't have to hear me talk about it constantly. Working is pleasant and fun for me, and when it's not, you'll never know.
NO HASSLES! You have a lot of things to think about now. I want your new home adventure to be as smooth as glass. If I do my job right, your biggest problem will be arranging the move and getting on with all your new home plans - and with your life.
SECRET NIT PICKING! By the time we get to the closing table, all the nits of your agreement will have been prepicked. We (our whole staff) will do all the standard and repeat things in private, because you should never have to stand around and wait for some one to tend to details that could have been taken care of an hour before you showed up.
NO SURPRISES! That's because we'll work together. That means on time and within the budget you set - with no pushing to do things you don't want, or any extra charges you didn't plan on - at the end of the sale. It means you get what we agreed upon. But it doesn't mean you won't get an idea now and then, that will knock your socks off.
We believe in maximum smoothness and minimum discomfort - and that takes planning. And, we believe in "the spark". To understand what we mean by "the spark", you'll just have to see how we work. I can tell you that I've been living in Atlanta for years and years. That almost makes me a native.
